The Polk County ECI Board maintains a membership of 15-20 individuals who live or work in Polk County and represent the areas of education, health, human services, business and faith interests and at least one parent, grandparent or guardian of a child from zero through age five.Individuals interested in joining the Polk County ECI Board should download and complete this Application.
